Introducing JIGO Agent Search: Office Search for the AI Agent Era

JIGO Team··2 min read

Search JIGO's office listings from the AI assistant you already use, and pay per search.

Today, we're launching JIGO Agent Search: search JIGO's coworking and flex office listings in California and Washington from a compatible AI assistant. Each search that returns matching listings costs $1. Coverage checks and searches with no matches are free.

To connect your assistant, follow the setup guide.

From a conversation to an office search

With JIGO Agent Search connected, you can ask your assistant:

"Find office space for 10–15 people in San Francisco."

Or name a neighborhood:

"Find office space for 10–15 people in SoMa, San Francisco."

JIGO searches by city. When you name a neighborhood, your assistant searches that city and points you to the listings in or near the area. Searching two cities, such as Bellevue and Seattle, counts as two searches.

Your assistant can check JIGO's coverage, search listings based on your requirements, and request a handoff to a JIGO broker when you're ready to take the next step.

JIGO Agent Search connects through Model Context Protocol (MCP), a standard that lets compatible AI assistants access external tools and services.

Why we're adopting x402

Connecting an AI assistant to a service is only part of the picture. When that service has a cost, the assistant also needs a way to handle payment.

We use x402 for that.

Built around the HTTP 402 Payment Required response, x402 allows a service to communicate its payment requirements so a compatible client can pay and retry the request.

JIGO Agent Search supports x402 payments in USDC on Base, allowing compatible assistants and payment tools to complete a paid search with the user's approval. Card payments through Stripe are also available.

Simple, pay-per-search access

JIGO Agent Search costs $1 per search that returns matching listings.

  • Check coverage for free before starting.
  • Searches with no matching results are free.
  • Request a broker handoff for free after a search returns results.

You can start with your assistant and bring in a JIGO broker to help with the next steps.

Built on open standards

We see an opportunity for commercial real estate services to become more accessible through AI tools.

JIGO Agent Search is a concrete step in that direction. By adopting MCP and x402, we're exploring how people and their AI assistants can discover and use JIGO's services through open standards.

We want teams to get from what they need to a place to work in fewer steps.
